The project consists of the rehabilitation and extension of the "Le Vauban" multiplex of cinemas, equipment of downtown in Saint-Malo in the district of Rocabey:
- Creation of an external hall in independent metal structure,
- Creation of an outer skin reported playing the role of a thermal insulation and a cladding requalifying the appearance of the building. The new facade is animated by printed stretched canvas panels that can be replaced according to the wishes of the project owner. This evolution gives character and actuality in phase with the function of "image center" of the place,
- Security and disability standards of the hall (existing and extension) with the creation at both ends of ramps for the evacuation of disabled person lodge.
