Rehabilitation and extension of the theater including a theater and a resource center (exhibition and museum).
The Léo Ferré area is a major cultural activity center for the Aulnoye-Aymeries agglomeration. Developing more than 2000 m² of surface, it consists mainly of a theater, an exhibition hall and all the adjoining facilities.
The room is modular with a capacity of 310 to 1240 people depending on the configurations in public sitting and standing and all intermediate formulations. It has a real stage cage with hangers, dressing rooms and reservations compatible with theater, music and events. The foyer-exhibition hall develops a festive urban facade provided with outdoor developments for bar functions.
The resolutely contemporary metal and polychrome architecture makes this place draw a strong attention in the heart of a district rich in public facilities.
