Experimental approach in the design of collective housing prefabricated with energy positive wood.
- Design of 11 Two-stories living units (130 houses)  to accommodate the future employees of Modulex Europe, a manufacturer of timber frame houses, for a fixed period.
- Creation of external "porches" integrating for each unit of life the necessary collective and energetic functions.
- Design of studios and 1-bedroom residential sub-modules in wood frame prefabrication.
