In front of one of the most beautiful marine sites of Europe, the whole of the Palace of the Arts and the Festival of Dinard unfolded its austere facades and its obsolete equipments. At the instigation of the town hall and at the end of a call for tenders, our teams were entrusted with the complete rehabilitation of the site: Palais des Arts and Olympic swimming pool with the aim of a radical transformation to the height of the natural context and urban. Security and accessibility compliance has been an opportunity to make an environmental effort characterized by a new architectural envelope of the ITE type and to give the building a new, more dynamic identity, where the interior life enlightened sensation are expressed in the shimmer of bright facades animated by programmable LEDs.
At the same time, the site has been equipped with a new direct access from the beach, a new room with 300 seats and large modular exhibition spaces. Every year it hosts internationally renowned exhibitions as well as a British film festival.
