An emblematic hall of Parisian life, the Mogador Theater remains in the collective memory the temple of the operetta. The actualization of the building that was falling into disuse was done in two stages which our firm oversaw.
First from 2002 to 2005 to house the Orchester de Paris, then from 2009 to install the group "Stage", fierce defender of American-style musical comedy.
In the end, and at the end of a work campaign of only 10 months, a budget of twenty million euros allowed to completely rehabilitate the room in its former look, to create load bearing parts and superstructures more than 1,000 Additional m² of space, to deepen and enlarge the stage cage, to restore all the halls in the state of their initial creation and to graft a space of exhibition and lounges open to events.
The complete renovation of the facades has restored its luster to this institution. The stage equipment was entirely designed by our teams of scenographers has one of the most performing stage tools in the country.
